    • There will be a pub crawl on July 31, in honor of Albert (G) Gispert, the Hash Founding Father. Details to follow.

    • We still need hares for the season. Please let someone know if you want to hare! We prefer to schedule hashes more than 2 or 3 days in advance. :) It's really not hard. Weak r*nners hare all the time and never get caught. You don't even have to run your entire trail.

    • As always, the schedule is available for viewing.

The hash is a cross country trail set by one or two volunteers, known as the hares.  The hares lay a 2-5 mile trail with biodegradable flour.   The runners/walkers, known as the hounds, follow this trail though the woods, rivers, streets, playgrounds and sometimes messy ("shiggy") areas, in search of the end, which is where lots of beer and food awaits the tired pack.  "Hashing" is the act of participating in the hash.

A typical hash will cost you $5.00 - $10.00 for beer and munchies.

Two things you can always count on at a Burlington Hash - beer at the end of our runs, and plenty of FUN people to socialize with each week. As being the newest hash in the Greater Burlington area, we pride ourselves on having a party-like atmosphere at every hash.
